Once your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking information via email.

3–7 business days after dispatch.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays. ExSatori is not responsible for delays once the package has been handed to the shipping carrier.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for entering accurate shipping information at checkout. ExSatori is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for any reshipping fees.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once tracking confirms delivery, ExSatori is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.

International Shipping

We offer international shipping to select countries. Shipping times and rates vary depending on destination.

Customs fees, duties, and import taxes are the responsibility of the customer. ExSatori is not responsible for delays caused by customs.
