We have a 14-day return policy. This means you have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original condition unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

Returns must be approved before being sent back. The return address will be provided once your request has been approved. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.
Damages or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can resolve the issue.

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size or item, please return your original purchase (if eligible) and place a new order.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval.
If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

European Union Orders
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, provided the item remains in original condition.
